maintenance Munich 2026 | MOC Munich

Two days at the trade show, many conversations, and a great deal of interest: At our booth at maintenance Munich on October 14 and 15, we unveiled DE-maintain – the intelligent knowledge cycle for your maintenance operations – for the first time.
How long a piece of equipment is out of service depends primarily on how quickly a malfunction is resolved. However, the knowledge needed to do so is often scattered across documentation or stored in the minds of experienced colleagues.
With DE-maintain, which is already integrated into a worker assistance system on the shop floor, that’s changing:
➡️Fault – detected directly at the equipment
➡️Recording – structured by the worker via a dedicated chatbot
➡️Solution – appropriate measures are suggested based on the system’s own fault history; often, the worker can resolve the fault immediately on their own
➡️Follow-up report – location, time, cause, and action are documented in a consistent and standardized manner

This means: The initial information is recorded right where the issue occurs. Many malfunctions can thus be resolved by the operator themselves, and the maintenance technician doesn’t even have to interrupt their work. And this is exactly where the difference lies! Other systems merely search through existing information. DE-maintain ensures that this knowledge platform is created in the first place and grows consistently. Each incident is not closed until the location, time, cause, and action taken have been documented in a binding and standardized manner. No knowledge remains trapped with individual employees. Every incident automatically expands the knowledge base for the entire maintenance department.
